Aluminum silicate ceramic fiber paper, also known as ceramic fiber paper, is made from spray blown (short fibers, easy to break) aluminum silicate ceramic insulation cotton as the main raw material using a wet forming process. Ceramic fiber paper is produced by adding a small amount of scientifically selected and strictly controlled binder to aluminum silicate refractory fibers, which will completely burn off during use.
Compared to traditional processes, heat shield ceramic fiber paper has improved slag removal and drying processes, characterized by uniform fiber distribution, no asbestos, no layering, white color, low slag ball content, flexible adjustment of bulk density according to usage, containing reinforced fibers, high strength, strong machinability, and good elasticity.
