RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is the abbreviation of regenerative exhaust gas treatment device, also known as regenerative exhaust gas incinerator, which is mainly used to remove harmful volatile organic compounds in exhaust gas. The working principle of RTO is: after the organic waste gas is heated up by heat absorption in the preheating chamber, it enters the combustion chamber for high temperature incineration (heating up to 800 ℃), and the organic matter is oxidized into carbon dioxide and water. The heat stored in another regenerator is then discharged, and the stored heat is used to preheat the newly entered organic waste gas. The temperature of the furnace is kept stable by changing the direction of the airflow periodically.
The ceramic heat storage part is composed of two or more chambers. The relatively clean gas after pyrolysis needs to be purged to ensure the removal rate of VOV before entering the exhaust gas treatment system or directly discharged. This method can save the fuel consumption of exhaust gas preheating and heating.

This structure can avoid “parquet” In the “floor-type” arrangement, the fiber modules appear to have a fringe phenomenon due to the uneven expansion of the corners, so as to obtain a suitable thermal insulation effect. When installing the backing layer on the top of the furnace, use the quick card to fit the module to temporarily fix it with bolts.
The surface of the ceramic fiber module on the hot surface of the ceramic fiber lining of the RTO furnace is coated with a curing agent twice, which is resistant to water vapor and flue gas erosion at high wind speed, and prolongs the service life of the thermal insulation furnace lining;
