The ceramic fiber module is a new type of refractory lining product introduced to simplify and speed up the construction of the kiln and improve the integrity of the lining. The ceramic fiber module is white in color and regular in size. It can be directly fixed to the anchor nails of the steel plate of the industrial kiln shell. Improve the classification temperature of 1050-1400°C.

There are four main differences between folding block and module:

1. Density

The density of the conventional ceramic fiber module is 220kg/m3-240kg/m3, which is recognized as the smallest specific gravity interval of thermal conductivity; and the folding block is not protected by the splints on both sides, in order to prevent the fiber from breaking, the density is generally 200~210kg/m3 between.

2. Splint

There are protective splints on both sides of the expansion surface of the ceramic fiber module. This setting is to control the module’s specific gravity while not damaging the fiber itself. The folding block generally does not place splints due to its low density.

3. Anchor

The anchors of the ceramic fiber module are embedded in the module, and the conventional 300-size module is equipped with a set of anchors; and the folding block has no embedded parts inside, usually a row of modules with a through rib installation method .

4. Price

The ceramic fiber module has a plywood on both sides, so the price of the ceramic fiber module will be different than that of the folded block.
