Ceramic fiber modules are used in RTO furnaces, generally in a “soldier line” layout – compression alignment along the size module. The module consists of a “U” blanket with a thickness of 20 mm and a spacing of 500 to 700 mm compressed by ceramic fibers to compensate for the non expanding surface of the fibers that may shrink. This structure can avoid the arrangement of “parquet floor”, and there are “flowers” at the corners of the optical fiber module due to uneven expansion, so as to obtain the best thermal insulation effect.

A. Light weight: the special aluminum silicate fiber material for RTO furnace insulation is a traditional refractory material, with a weight of 1 / 30 ~ 1 / 10, which greatly reduces the weight load of RTO furnace, insulation structure and engineering cost of RTO furnace;
B. Low thermal conductivity: the thermal conductivity is lower than 0.03W / (m.k) at room temperature, which has good thermal insulation effect, better thermal insulation and maintains indoor heat loss, so as to reduce the amount of auxiliary fuel and reduce the operation cost. RTO furnace body has lower surface temperature and longer service life.
C. Good thermal shock resistance: aluminum silicate fiber has good thermal shock resistance. It can deal with the alternation of cold and heat caused by periodic change of RTO furnace inlet temperature to ensure good lining. Light high temperature aluminum silicate fiber RTO furnace lining has good elasticity. After the preloading and installation of the refractory module, the packing belt shall be hoisted, and then an airtight refractory layer shall be formed without reserving expansion joints.
D. Strong chemical stability: aluminum silicate fiber is an inorganic non-metallic material with strong chemical stability.
