When ceramic fiber is directly used as working layer, these atmospheres will promote the destruction of refractory fiber structure, that is, high crystallization speed and low pulverization temperature.
Therefore, when the ceramic fiber module is used in the following furnace types, it can only be used as the insulation layer of the non working surface, even if the furnace temperature only hovers at 950 ℃ ~ 1150 ℃.
a. Various medium and low temperature kilns in reducing atmosphere, such as carburizing furnace, vacuum furnace, etc;
b. Various furnaces with protective non inert gases and furnaces in which heated workpieces emit various gases during production, such as aluminum melting furnace, special casting paraffin film shell baking furnace, etc.
